The Paupiette

The Paupiette is 45 grams of creamy Belgian Blue Beef stuffing seasoned just right, then tightly wrapped in a slice of chinese fondue Belgian Blue Beef.

Cooking and Presentation

Option 1
Fry in a sauce pan, like a sausage, and serve.

Option 2
Cook until golden, in butter, then simmer in warm broth or wine for 45 minutes.

BBQ
Coat with olive oil and cook at medium heat.

Sauce:
Deglaze the bottom of a saucepan with a cup of broth and reduce by half, season to taste and serve.
